It must be made to work. Of course, including the normal operation of those I said above, but this machine is three-phase electricity, then it is also important to pay attention to whether it is forward rotation, and there is an arrow on the water pump.
3, let's check the evaporator again, because many times in the actual situation we have encountered, that is, the evaporator is frozen, so that the water is not flowing, the way to check is: to ensure that the pump has pumped the water into the machine, but no water comes out, at this time, either the evaporator is frozen, or the pipeline or evaporator is blocked. It is a bit troublesome to check this, and you need to find a place where it is easy to remove the water pipe. But note: if the evaporator is frozen, this alarm must occur after the machine has been running for a period of time, and it is not after a period of shutdown. This is because the ice inside the evaporator is melted, so be sure to pay attention.
The second biggest problem: chiller water level failure
1. Water level failures occur in the models of the built-in water tank of the chiller, so first you have to see if there is water in the water tank and the water level has overflowed the water level switch in the water tank, generally add some water.
2, and then like before, very boring to check again: check whether the control circuit board and pressure controller wiring is normal, this fault is divided into hardware failure and software failure, we can first check whether the parameter setting is abnormal. Troubleshoot to see if it is a software failure.
